than one website can be considered a dealership website
designer and reseller. Our reseller plan is geared toward
website designers and programmers. When you buy a license
from us, you automatically qualify to become a reseller,
and as such you can buy licenses from us at a discount
and resell to your customers at full price.
How do I Get the Dealership Software Reseller Discount?
To receive the resellers' discount, you must buy your
first copy of our dealership
web design software at full price and when you are
ready to sell a license to your customer, simply send
us an email with a paid order number for any existing
order you have placed with us. We will then create a
10% discount code for you that can be used for future
purchases. Your first license is full price.
What are the Rules and Limitations?
- You cannot advertise our software, re-brand or sell
it as your own on directory or software sites of any
kind. However, you can change the referring footer
link to point to your website. You can also run an
evaluation copy on your own server to allow your potential
customers to get familiar with the dealership software
in an effort to get them to purchase.
- You must buy a license from us for each copy
that you install. For example, if you want to use
our software to implement a website for a client,
you must buy a license from us first, using the discount,
then bill your client at full price.
- You may modify the code on behalf of your client
and add you own copyright along side of our existing
copyright. Please note than if you modify our code,
any updates that we release will probably not work.
- You can write and sell modifications for our software
- You may not sell an entire modified or unmodified
copy of our software as your own work.
- You are responsible for all support for your customers.
- Your clients cannot contact us for support unless
they made the purchase from us at full price.
