Privacy Policy

Pre-release policy · Last updated October 9, 2026

The website and products are still in release preparation. This policy will be reviewed against the final analytics configuration, payment provider, and licensing system before sales open.

Who we are

JP Creative Technologies is a trade name of e Dealer Design Inc. Questions about this policy can be sent through the customer support form.

Information you choose to provide

We may receive your name, email address, product and version, Windows version, support description, screenshots, diagnostic reports, and example design files when you contact support. We ask you to remove passwords, license keys, payment details, private paths, filenames, and confidential content before sharing a file.

Purchases

When sales open, a hosted payment provider will process payment details. JP Creative Technologies does not intend to collect full payment-card numbers through this website or its support form. The provider's privacy terms will apply to checkout and payment records.

Website and technical information

The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. The support form also uses the requesting IP address temporarily to limit repeated automated submissions. Any optional analytics or marketing measurement will be documented here before it is enabled.

Software data

The current products are desktop software. Product work files and backups remain on locations selected by the user unless the user deliberately sends information to support. A support report is created for the user to review and is not sent automatically.

Attachments and security

The support form restricts file extensions and performs basic file-signature and content checks. Uploaded files are processed in memory and delivered privately to our support queue; they are not saved in a public website folder. SVG and 3MF examples are accepted only for SVG to 3MF Converter requests. No automated check can guarantee that a file is safe, so attachments are handled as untrusted data.

Retention and sharing

Support messages and attachments remain in the support mailbox while they are reasonably needed to answer the request, investigate related problems, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. We plan to review and delete ordinary support records within 12 months when they are no longer needed. Hosting and email providers process information only to deliver these services. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request correction or deletion where applicable. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained by law. Use the customer support form to make a request.
